As part of Continuing Medical Education (CME) which concentrate on  Doctor’s professional development a seminar is conducted by Human Resource department, SIMS&RH on “Building Leadership Capabilities in an Academic Medical Center” by Dr.Medha Havnurkar - a distinguished speaker engaged in Healthcare talent acquisition & training domain.

Also put light on Organization vision and mission statements. Explained importance of organization values and how to adapt them in day today work effectively. Interpersonal skills, ego handling and conflict handling with other department in work place. The session was very interactive and went beyond allocated time of 2 hours.  Doctors actively participated in question and answering session.
